1 Tbsp. ARGO corn starch
1 cup of milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix 1 Tbsp. corn starch and 1 cup milk until smooth.
Add 2 Tbsp. butter; salt & pepper.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
Makes 1 cup.
(Use for creamed vegetables, meat, poultry, fish or casseroles.)
