Ingredients:  
1 cup soy sauce (I use the light or 1/2 sodium one)
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
Cut up one full onion
5 lbs frozen chicken wings or legs
Rice of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, sugar, water and onion into electric skillet, stir.
Add FROZEN chicken.
Bring to boil, then lower the temp and simmer for 30 minutes covered.
Remove cover and cook for at least another hour. Watch carefully or it will burn.


Make rice and serve.
