7 1/2 lb ham loaf mix (purchase at meat market)
3 c saltine cracker crumbs
3 c milk
4 or 5 eggs, beaten
Pepper to taste
GLAZE
3/4 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 c pineapple juice
2 Tbsp dark Karo

Directions:
Directions:
Meat mixture-Mix all ingredients together and shape into individual loaves. Bake at 350º about 1 hour or longer (depending on size). About 15 minutes before done, add glaze on top of loaves.
Glaze-Mix ingredients in order given and cook until slightly thick, stirring occasionally. Add to loaves as directed above and continue baking, about 15 minutes.

This is nice for family holiday meals. You can freeze the loaves after shaped for use later. Just thaw and proceed with recipe.
