1 bag Elbow Macaroni, cooked to package directions
2 cups grated white cheddar cheese
1 - 8oz package of velvetta
4 cups heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
2 lobster tails 6-7 oz each, shell removed and cut into chunks
1/4 cup flour
2 TBSP lobster base, optional
White pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º

Sauce: Melt butter into large saucepan then add lobster chunks. Whisk in flour and seasonings until thickened. Slowly add heavy cream stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add in cheeses. Stir until melted. Pour mix over cooked pasta and blend well. Pour mix into casserole baking dish. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Extra cheese may be added to the mix and even more on top for the ultimate of cheesiness. You may also leave out lobster and have plain Mac, add Sundried tomatoes , artichokes, ham, bacon bits or even grilled chicken to this wonderful cheese goodness
