1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cups (2 - 10 oz pkg) frozen strawberries in syrup completely thawed
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry jello
2 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Combine jello and strawberries and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. beat well. Pour batter over marshmallows. Pour strawberries with jello over batter.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
