1 Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough Log
1 6oz package of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1TBSP Almond extract
1 pint fresh strawberries, and blueberries
4 kiwi

Glaze:
1 cup orange juice
2 TBSP corn starch

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Let sugar cookie dough get to room temp and press into springform pan. Bake until lightly golden 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove from springform pan. In the meantime mix cream cheese, sugar and almond extract on medium speed of mixer. Spread onto cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit onto top of cream cheese mix. Add orange juice and cornstarch to small sauce pan. Over medium heat whisk until thickened. Cool. Lightly spoon over top of fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into pizza size slices.

Arrange fruit with sliced strawberries, sliced and halved kiwi and keep blueberries whole. You may also use bananas ( just brush with lemon juice to keep from turning brown), mandarine orange segments, star fruit, raspberries or other seasonal berries.
