1 pound Jimmy Dean ground sausage (Sage or either Hot)
1 onion, sliced and chopped
3 16 oz. cans pork and beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a skillet over medium heat brown sausage and onion and cook until sausage is brown. Put this cooked mixture and all the remaining ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch own and bake for 1 hour.
