6 lb. ground round
2 whole loaf French bread (or one Large package Pepperidge farm stuffing mix plain)
1 whole stalk celery chopped
½ box raisins (I use more cause I like them)
1 Can black olives large whole pitted (I use 2 cans cause I like them) with juice
2 tsp. Allspice
½ or more cups sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Toast bread and grind

Cook turkey giblets and save broth

Fry meat and giblets

Add meat to bread and mix thoroughly

Add celery spices, salt and sugar. Mix well

Add raisins, olives and broth. Mix well

Put in pan and baste with juice from Turkey
