5 Eggs
1/2 C. Milk or 1/2 C. Cream
2 T. Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions:

Break eggs into bowl and beat slightly. Add Salt, Pepper and Milk.

Melt butter in top of a double boiler and then add eggs. Set over hot water and cook over med heat.

Stir occasionally with a fork and cook until creamy (about 10 minutes). Do not over cook.
