1 cup sour cream
9 oz corn muffin mix
1 egg
16 oz corn, drained
16 oz cream corn
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix butter, sour cream, and egg. Stir in cans of corn and muffin mix.
Spoon into 2 qt casserole.

Bake 1 hour.

Dish is cooked when slightly puffed.
