2 - 3 lbs haddock
2 onions diced
4 stalks celery diced
6 - 8 potatoes cut small bite size
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup flour
Salt, pepper, celery salt and Adobo
1/2 gallon 1/2 &1/2
1/2 gallon whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan melt 1 stick butter
Ad the diced onions and celery and sauté
In your largest soup pot
Ad flour gradually making a rue
Slowly ad milk, potatoes, onions, celery, salt, pepper, celery salt and Adobo
Gradually ad 1/2 & 1/2
When chowder is ready drop pieces of fish in chowder, reduce heat.
Chowder will be ready in just a few minutes.
