2 qts. cucumbers (sliced thin)
2 Onions (medium - sliced thin)
2 tbsp, Salt
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sliced cucumbers, sliced onions and salt. Let rest in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and drain. Mix sugar and vinegar together. Pour over cucumber mixture and freeze. Thaw when needed. Small containers work well.
