8 ounces chopped white chocolate
1Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. flour
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. white sugar
1 c semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º .
Grease 9x9 pan.
Melt white chocolate and butter in a double boiler or the microwave. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl beat eggs until frothy.
Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing constantly.
Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.
Serve heated. Top with vanilla ice cream, real whip cream and chocolate sauce

Austen sent me a text asking me if I could guess what he found… not having a clue he answered "the recipe for white chocolate brownie". He asked me if we could make it and of course I said "YES!!!" We went to the grocery store and got Callebaut white chocolate and everything else we needed… It is true!!! These taste just like the ones from Moxies!!!
