1 box Sugar-free yellow cake mix
1 C, Vegetable oil
1 10 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
4 eggs
Icing:
1 16 oz. carton of cool whip
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 3 oz. sugar free vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Beat 2 min. at medium speed. Add oranges and mix well. Pour into 3 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake for 30-35 min. Cool and remove from pans.

For icing:
Mix all icing ingredients together. Frost each layer and add remaining to top.
