English Muffins, 2/Scout
Large Eggs, 2/Scout
Deli ham slices, 2/Scout
Cheese slices (patrol choice), 2/Scout, 1/muffin
Oil for pan or griddle
Choice of sauce: Thousand Island, Ranch, Salsa or BBQ

Directions:
Directions:
1. Oil griddle and adjust Coleman stove burners for a Hot side and a slightly cooler side
2. On HOT side, toast open muffin halve and heat ham
3. On cooler side, fry egg
4. In middle of griddle, put smooth side of muffin down and assemble the ham, egg and cheese. Use only a Tsp. of the sauce.
5. Wrap each muffin in aluminum foil and place in heated Dutch Oven to stay warm. Oven should be warm, not hot. Serve as soon as you have 1 for each Scout
