Fresh peaches (peeled and pitted)
3/4 C. Sugar for each Jar
Hot water to fill jar

Directions:
Directions:
Scald jars and pack peaches into jar to 3/4 full. Add sugar and a little hot water. Continue to pack peaches until full. Add enough hot water to cover peaches. Place into hot water canner and process for 20 minutes. No mess with syrup on the stove, otherwise use medium syrup.
