Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Whole organic chicken
2 large leeks
1 medium onion
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
Filtered water
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
Himalayan Sea salt
Pepper

Need crock pot!

Directions:
Directions:
Let chicken sit in full large pot of filtered water with the apple cider vinegar for about an hour. Boil water/vinegar with chicken in it. When the "scum" or white foamy substance comes to surface, skim it. This process is complete when the white foam stops forming on the surface. Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes. Transfer all of the water and chicken into large crock pot. Add leeks, onions, carrots, celery- cut into 2 inch pieces and cook for 24 to 36 hours. Pour contents through a strainer and separate the meat from the bones then add back in. Add the salt and pepper to taste at anytime during the process...

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Enjoy! You can separate the broth out of it and have a cup everyday for good health... Or you can keep it as a chicken soup. I usually keep some broth separate and drink a cup everyday.
