*Makes 1 double crust pie or 2 individual pies

3 c. flour
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
1/2 c. ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Pulse flour, salt, and butter in a food processor into crumbles. Add water, pulse until dough comes together. Divide dough in half and flatten each half into a disk.
Wrap disks in plastic wrap and chill one hour before using.

Roll out on lightly floured parchment paper or floured surface.
