Ingredients:
1 cup milk
¼ cup cold water
2 eggs
1 cup flour
3 Tablespoons melted butter

Combine ingredients all but the melted butter, and mix until batter is smooth.
Scrape the sides of the bowl while mixing,
Now add the melted butter mix to incorporate.
Pour small amount (about a ladle size) on a round flat pan and spread around the pan until bottom of pan is covered. Cook until batter sets just a couple minutes and then flip and cook
1 minute more.

I sparingly put butter on crepe and then roll them up and put fresh fruit and whipped cream on them,.

Tip: you can also add the fruit to
the inside before rolling.

These also make great desserts, adding pie mix or just rolling up then adding a drizzle of Chocolate or carmel topping followed by fresh whipping cream
