1 cup butter ( 2 sticks ) softened
1 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
Small jar of seedless raspberry jam
½ cup oatmeal



Directions:
Directions:
Mix the butter and sugar until creamy, beat in the egg yolks, gradually add the oatmeal and flour to the mix well and add the walnuts.

In an 8 inch baking pan pat half of the mix in the bottom and then spread with the jam
Crumble remaining crust mix over the jam
Bake at 350 40 minutes or until lightly browned
Let cool and enjoy
