4 eggs
½ teaspoon of ginger, cloves, nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder and cinnamon
1 cup canola oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour and 2 cups fresh pureed pumpkin or 1- 15 ounce can or pumpkin


Directions:

Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil and sugar together,
then add the dry ingredients mix well until blended,
grease and flour a large cookie sheet or if you want it more like a cake height use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until cake tested come out clean


FROSTING
4 cups powdered sugar
1 stick soft butter
1 Tablespoon cream (milk will work)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese softened
Blend together and mix on high speed for 5 minutes
Spread over cooled bars and enjoy

Note: When I first made these Anthony was about 2 and has not turned them down since. These are a favorite for Molly, Emma and Rebecca, Tara and Max as well.

Anyone who has tried them can not put them down, they go quick.
