3 pounds pork butt, coarsely ground
2 garlic buds, chopped very fine
½ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
Dash of sharp paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon salt
⅓ cup lukewarm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Fill casings in nine inch lengths. Fry sausage until golden brown. May freeze uncooked.

Taste mixture prior to putting into casings by frying a small amount as a patty.
