2 bags chopped broccoli
1 small box of Velveeta (cubed)
1-15 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
˝ cup milk
1 - 2 tubes of crackers (like Ritz)
we like a lot of the cracker topping so I use 2 packs,
but 1 pack will cover
1 stick of butter ( 1 ˝ sticks if using 2 packs of crackers)

In a large casserole dish add the first 4 ingredients and mix well together
In microwave melt butter
Crush crackers and add the melted butter mix together and then put on top of broccoli mix.

Put casserole in oven for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees until you see the cheese bubbling around the sides.
Side note: This has always been one of Molly’s favorite side dishes; I make this every Thanksgiving for her.
