Spaghetti Pie Recipe

6 oz. cooked spaghetti
2 Tablespoons olive oil
¾ cup Parmesan cheese (divided)
2 eggs mix well
1 ½ cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese (optional) do not substitute with cottage cheese

In a large bowl toss spaghetti with olive oil, mix in the eggs and ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
Pour mix into a 8 or 9 pie pan (or even individual small tins)
Form into a nest making the center shallow
If you choose to use ricotta cheese add It in the shallow apart (just a small layer)
Top with spaghetti sauce
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, take out and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more (until cheese is melted)
Take out of oven and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese, let it sit about
10 minutes before cutting or serving
