1 package (16 ounces) Rotini pasta
1 package sliced pepperoni (cut them in half)
1 small can sliced black olives drained
½ cup diced red pepper
½ cup diced green pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh basil chopped
1 ½ Tablespoons fresh oregano ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup lemon juice




Directions:

Cook the pasta drain and rinse, Place in a large salad bowl.
Add the next 11 ingredients; mix well.
In a jar with tight fitting lid add lemon juice and olive oil and shake well.
Pour over the salad and toss. (Start with a little and then add more per taste)
Cover and refrigerate for about 6 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving
