Preparation:
.First prepare the meat by removing as much outside fat as you can.
.Cut the meat into 1/2 in square cubes.
.Once the meat is prepared heat the Wok and pour in the meat.
.Cook all the meat until it is brown on all sides, but do not cook completely through.
.Lower heat and add the flour and the dry gravy mix to the fluids from the cooked meat and stir together for 1 – 2 minutes.
.Open Mushrooms and drain and then open the Gravy jars and add both the gravy and mushrooms to the meat. (Add Potatoes and Carrots at this point.). The Gravy should completely cover the meat and veggies.
.Turn heat up and bring to a boil.
.Once the gravy is boiling, cover and reduce heat by half.
.Simmer for approximately 45 minutes or until meat is tender and optional veggies are cooked through stirring occasionally.
.While meat mixture is cooking. Make noodles or Rice-A-Roni according to instructions on package.
Spoon noodles or Rice-A-Roni into a bowel. Spoon a good ladle full of the Beef and gravy into the bowel and enjoy. It is a hearty meal for cooler temperatures.
