2 cans of White Shoe Peg Corn (or 2 small bags of frozen)
1 large can black olives - sliced
2 cups of 1/2 and 1/2 or heavy cream
2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
3/4 of a stick of butter
2 tbsp. of flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º; Spray casserole dish (13x9) with Pam

Layer corn, olives, cheese and 1 tbsp. of butter in a casserole dish

Melt 2 tbsp. butter over low heat. Spoon in flour and brown over low heat (not too dark). Add in 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2 or cream, blend and whip with wire whisk about 4-5 minutes until bubbly. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
