5 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb Swiss cheese - grated
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350:

1. Mix eggs, salt, and milk together in a bowl
2. Add cheese to pie shell
3. Pour Milk and egg mixture on top cheese

Bake for 45 minutes.

The wonderful thing about this recipe is that you can add chopped ham to make ham and cheese quiche. You can use Italian Cheese with Italian spices, add spinach, etc.
