In bowl 1 mix:

1/2 C Flour
3 1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Salt

In Bowl 2 Mix (Large Bowl):

6 eggs
1 C buttermilk

You will also need:

2 tbsp. Vanilla
3/4 C butter - melted
2 Deep Dish pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients from Bowl 1 into Bowl 2 with 2 tbsp. vanilla. Add butter. Pour in deep dish pie shells (uncooked) and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve warm or freeze until needed. When pie(s) is defrosted, heat for 10 minutes before serving.
