Ingredients:  
2 Cans tomato juice
2 bottles catsup (or 1 large)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup minced onion
1 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbls dry Basil
1 Tbls coarse cracked peppercorns
2 Tbls celery salt
1 Tbls chili powder
2 slices lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 teas tabasco sauce
2 Tbls worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil, stirring frequently.

Turn down to low heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.

Remove lemon and continue to simmer several hours, tightly covered.
