1 pound bacon (sliced regular)
1 loaf of white bread or water chestnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
toothpicks

Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350º. Cut off all of the crusts of the white bread. Lay four pieces of bread down and using a rolling pin, flatten the bread. Spread a small layer of cream cheese on one side of the bread. Roll the bread along the long side to make a pinwheel roll. Slice into 3 sections. Slice the pound of bacon into three sections. Roll one piece of bacon around bread roll and secure with a toothpick. Continue until all bread and bacon is used. Place bacon wraps on a jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes and flip the wrap and continue baking until bacon is crispy.

Instead of bread, the bacon can be wrapped around water chestnuts and secured with a toothpick.
