3 to 5 lbs Beef Roast (Sirloin, Round, Chuck)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place Beef Roast in a Crock Pot and cover evenly with Cream of Mushroom soup. Sprinkle Lipton Onion soup mix evenly over the top of the roast. Cook on low heat for 8 hrs. Allow to cool 10 minutes before attempting to slice.
