Pork Coating Mix:
2 T yellow cornmeal
2 T flour
1 t salt
1 t ground sage
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t paprika

4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º.

2. Combine coating mix ingredients in a ziploc or paper bag. Coat pork chops one at a time.

3. Bake in a greased dish for 30-40 minutes, until no longer pink.
