4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups wesson oil
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
4 drops Black Walnut flavoring
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup grated caarrots
1 cup nuts

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon white corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar & oil; add flour, cinnamon & flavoring. Add other ingredients; mix well and bake in tube pan 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix together the ingredients for the glaze. Bring to a boil until foamy. Spoon over the cake while still hot. Let cake cool in pan before removing.
