Potatoes:
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 T sour cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 C cream

Meat:
1 T olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 carrot, peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped

Sauce:
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 C beef broth
2 t Worcestershire

1/2 C frozen peas
1 t paprika
2 T chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain potatoes and pour them into a bowl. Add sour cream, egg yolk and cream and beat mixture until almost smooth.

2. While potatoes boil, preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to hot pan with beef and turkey. Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown and crumble for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped carrot and onion to the meat. Cook veggies with meat 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. In a second small skillet over medium heat, cook butter and flour together 2 minutes. Whisk in broth and Worcestershire. Thicken gravy 1 minute. Add gravy to meat and veggies, stir in peas.

4. Preheat broiler to high. Put meat and veggie mixture into a 9x13 casserole. Spoon potatoes over meat evenly. Top potatoes with paprika and broil 6-8" from heat until potatoes are evenly browned. Top with parsley and serve.
