1 t yeast
1/2 C plus 1T warm water
1 1/2 C flour
2 T sugar
1 t salt
1 T olive oil, plus extra for coating
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into bread machine, set to dough only.

When complete, divide in half and place in greased pie plate. Cover with saran wrap until ready to use.
