5 asparagus spears
1 tilapia filet (frozen)
1 t lemon juice
1 t olive oil
1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear a large piece of tin foil.
2. Place asparagus spears in the center of foil.
3. Place tilapia on top of asparagus.
4. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over fish.
5. Sprinkle basil and oregano over fish.
6. Bring sides of foil up over fish and seal by folding. Fold ends to seal.
7. Bake packets on a cookie sheet at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
