2 large cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1 package gelatin
pinch of salt
flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
boil sugar in 3/4 cup water until it forms a jelly-like substance in water. Pour syrup over gelatin and beat until this is foamy. Add flavoring.

Brown coconut in oven.

Roll marshmallows in toasted coconut. Spread in a shallow pan until cool. Cut in cubes and roll in powdered sugar or coconut.
