2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla together. Add other ingredients.

Pour into two greased (5 X 9) loaf pans and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
