CAKE
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs beaten and water=1/2 cup
1 20 oz. can pineapple crushed with juice

ICING
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 sticks softened butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

CAKE: Mix all cake ingredients at once. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 25-30 minutes at 350º. Use toothpick test.

ICING: Mix frosting ingredients. Frost while cake is hot. (I found it better to use a skim layer of frosting on the cake while hot and then let it all cool. Then I put on the rest of the frosting.)
