1 ( 1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough thawed
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
2 teaspoons olive oil
8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced
1 small onion chopped
1 (28 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Press the dough into a 9x13 baking dish or cookie sheet with sides. Crumble sausage into a large skillet and brown over medium heat. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon from grease. Sprinkle sausage over dough. Next sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat evenly. Heat oil in a skillet and add mushrooms & onions. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Stir in tomatoes, salt, fennel seeds, and garlic powder. Spoon over mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan over the top. Bake in oven for 20-25- minutes or until golden brown.
