2 cans crescent rolls
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll 1 can of the crescent rolls and place on bottom of greased a 9 x 13 pan. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and the egg yolk. Spread this mixture over the bottom layer. Unroll the 2nd can of crescent rolls and place over the cheese mixture. Brush the egg white over the top crescent roll.
Bake at 350º until golden, about 25 - 35 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
