2 green peppers, diced
1 medium onion, diced
5 medium potatoes, diced
1 tablespoon oil
2 pounds stew meat, cubed
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
6 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add peppers, onion, and potatoes to slow cooker. Brown beef in large frying pan for 1 to 2 minutes (on medium high heat), until browned on all sides. Add to the slow cooker.

Add worcestershire sauce, broth, and garlic. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Turn slow cooker to high. In a bowl, combine milk and flour with a whisk. Stir into slow cooker. Cover, and cook for 30 minutes until thickened.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cheese.
