½ - ¾ cup margarine
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups celery and leaves, chopped
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ c parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp poultry seasoning
3 qts bread cubes (one loaf)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients except bread cubes in margarine for 10 minutes. Put bread cubes in a large bowl and pour margarine mixture overtop. Mix well.

Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours, on high for 4 hours, or stuff into a turkey and roast according to directions.
