3 eggs well beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
¾ cup sugar, white or brown
¼ cup melted butter
1 tbsp vinegar
salt
1 cup pecans “more or less”

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to the well-beaten eggs except for the pecans. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pies shell or tart shells. Sprinkle mixture with pecans.

Bake at 325º until the custard is firm. If you bake in a hotter oven the filling with boil over.
