1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar (12-oz.) sliced jalapeños, drained
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten

Pre Heat oven to 325º
Combine the three cheeses together in a large mixing bowl. Place ½ of the cheese into a 13”x9”x2” baking dish. Layer sliced jalapeños over cheese and then top with remaining cheese.Beat eggs, milk and flour together until smooth. Pour mixture over cheese and jalapeños. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, until lightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cut into 1” squares. Yield: 10 – 20 servings.
