1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast, soak in warm water
˝ cup shortening
3 cups warm water
2 eggs
10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 1 pkg. yeast in ˝ cup warm water. In large bowl take 3 cups warm water, shortening, salt, 3 cups flour and eggs, then add the yeast mixture. Mix well. Then add 4 more cups flour. Mix well. Knead 3 more cups flour in it, let raise and mix down every hour for 5 hours. The fifth hour make into buns. Cover with tea towels and let raise for 6 hours. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until nice and brown. Dump out of pans on to cooling rack.
