I lbs Hamburger
1/2 C, bread crumbs
1/4 C milk
1/4 C. diced onion
MEATBALLS
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
I egg
SAUCE
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 -16oz can pineapple chunks
1/3 C Vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 bell pepper coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the meatball ingredients, shape into meatballs. Cook over medium heat about 20 minutes or until brown. Make sauce
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, add meatballs, cover and cook for 10 minutes, Stir in green pepper, cover and simmer until crisp tender (about 5 minutes). Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
