Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pints of Cherries, raspberry's or peaches (cherry's are my first choice, big surprise!)
6 fresh eggs
1 2/3 Cup WHOLE milk
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of ground Cardiman
1/4 teaspoon do cinnamon
1/4 salt
3/4 cup all purpose flower
Extra sugar
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take a medium sized heavy Dutch oven (Le Crusett is ideal) and liberally butter all sides of the pan. Next lightly sprinkle the pan with fine sugar. Place the pan on the stove top and turn on medium heat. You want the pan medium hot but not so hot that the sugar burns. Timing is critical but easy.

In a blender or food processor combine and all of the ingredient's and blend until smooth, 30 seconds or so.

Add the fruit to the Dutch oven and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle the top with a tablespoon or so of sugar and place in a preheated 400º oven for 30 minutes until it puffs up and is golden brown.
