large cap mushrooms
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
medium onion, chopped
garlic clove, chopped
red or white wine
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from caps. Chop finely. Saute onions and garlic in butter.
Add stems and continue to cook until brown. Mix these ingredients with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and wine to moisten the stuffing.

Place in baking dish. Add more wine to that dish if you want. Drizzle butter over top.

Bake at 350º until they look done.
